Feathernose, the head queen and supervisor of kits, limped into the den, blood trailing from her muzzle. "D-dog attack!" She screeched. "On the Twolegplace borders!"

Cloudstrike panicked. She shouted for more warriors to go and fight on the borders of the Twolegplace. Next, she got a wad of cobwebs and dipped it in a mixture of honey and tree sap. Then she placed the gooey cobwebs onto the deep slash on feathernose's muzzle and pressed down until the bottom layer stuck there. "Open your mouth." She told Feathernose.

Feathernose opened her mouth and pawed the herbs that had been given to her.

Cloudstrike wound the cobweb around Feathernose's muzzle, first putting the strip under the roof of her mouth and then bringing it over to where the slash was. The cobwebs were instantly stained. Cloudstrike continued to wrap the cobwebs until there was none left. "Eat the herbs. She said. "You can rest in the corner over there."
